Shalom Life Church is a healthy, stable, and growing congregation located in Pinckney, Michigan. We are seeking a gifted Director of Worship Arts & Production to join a highly collaborative team that works creatively and missionally to fulfill our shared mission:

We want worship gatherings to be Christ-centered, biblically rooted, engaging, and executed with excellence. We want people to participate rather than simply observe—to leave inspired, encouraged, and hungry to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus and His Church.
We value creativity, preparation, collaboration, and excellence, but never for performance’s sake. Everything we do serves a greater purpose: helping people experience the grace, peace, and transforming presence of God.
The right person for this position will be a gifted worship leader, an organized and capable administrator, a collaborative team builder, and someone with a strong working knowledge of worship technology and production. This person will have a proven ability to recruit and develop volunteers, build healthy teams, and turn creative vision into dependable execution.
This position may begin part-time and grow into a full-time role. However, for the right candidate with the experience and capacity to embrace the broader opportunity, it could be full-time from the beginning.
