Church Experience is a non-denominational, Bible-teaching, Christian church that holds to historic Christian beliefs.  CE is a dynamic, growing church with a modern style and focused on helping more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ!  CE is a church family with a warm, healthy, and Jesus-centered culture!  CE is upbeat with high energy, but not Pentecostal.  Church Experience is rapidly building God's Kingdom through planting new campus locations around the US as part of our "one church, many experiences" vision! Church Experience has a rapidly growing number of locations throughout the US, and each campus has a local Lead Pastor who serves under the leadership of our Senior Pastors. The Lead Pastors do most of the local preaching. We do some preaching on video to stay connected as 'one church with many experiences'.

CE is not a denomination, network, or association (we are "one church") and we offer unique customized ministry in each local community ("many experiences").  New CE campuses are being added regularly through church planting and through church mergers. 

This Lead Pastor opportunity involves leading (and preaching most of the time) at a new CE location you start from scratch or relaunch from merger (in a city/state you prayerfully select)!  CE will coach you, provide lots of material resources, technology, non-financial support, and SO much more! The process consists of your selection of a location in the city you prayerfully choose, building a Launch Team, and raising funds to launch!  Financial funds at the beginning should come from a combination of your external fundraising (that we train/coach you through and provide lots of systems/support) and the tithes & offerings from your Launch Team/campus. Church Experience contributes massive help through coaching, technology/software, years of successful planting experience and systems to help you, lots of resources to utilize from the start, and an incredible Mission Support team to help you build God's Kingdom locally!  You may choose to raise more funds to start full-time if you're able or you may choose to be bi-vocational at the start and build up from there.  Church Experience has become a church planting movement inside our "one church, many experiences" vision and CE is designed to help you start faster and we believe, be much stronger by doing it together long term!  We are truly "better together"!  CE is a large, ever-expanding church family you could join and build with for the long-haul!

Our model is to have a Lead Pastor at each CE location who leads and preaches around 70-85% of the time (supplemented by Central Campus teaching videos). High flexibility for envisioning unique local groups, local outreach, building your team, etc... are anticipated, but an incredible amount of time and money are saved by combining things you don't need to replicate since we are "one church" (kids curriculum and background check process, database, tech/software/website, graphic design, lots of supplies, forms/guidelines, online giving, giving statements, collective 501c3/legal, financial reports/tracking, and so many other details than if alternately starting alone). Church Experience is "one church with many experiences". We are looking for a great leader/communicator who loves building God's Kingdom within a healthy team context and doesn't need to do/name/create everything on their own, but still wants to create/speak/lead!

 
Ministry Description:

>Fundraiser (will need to raise funds through personal network & other churches with our guidance and/or be bi-vocational
>Some college level education necessary (but degree completion not always required)
 
Requirements to Apply:
>Ability to start planning and fundraising relatively soon (but relocation to the city of your choice for planting not needed immediately).  
>Successful ministry experience valued over formal education, but some ministry/Bible education may be required
>Items to include in/with resume if possible (recent preaching/teaching video, primary ministry experiences listed with start/end dates, education, contact info, & social media accounts)
