One Church is looking for a gifted, passionate Worship Pastor who loves Jesus, loves people, and has a heart for leading the Church in authentic, powerful worship.

We're an established, growing, multisite church in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with a passion for worship that is biblically grounded, musically excellent, and spiritually engaging.

Our worship ministry embraces the richness of contemporary worship and gospel influences. We love soulful vocals, dynamic arrangements, musical creativity, and powerful moments of congregational worship. We're looking for a versatile leader who can move naturally between different worship styles while bringing their own musical gifts, personality, and creativity to our church.

We're not simply looking for someone to lead songs. We're looking for someone to lead people.

What You'll Do

Lead Worship

• Lead worship for Sunday morning services at our Calvary Campus and select church events.

• Bring strong vocal and instrumental leadership, musical creativity, and a heart for engaging the congregation.

• Help create worship experiences that are spiritually meaningful, musically dynamic, and rooted in Scripture.

Build and Develop Teams

• Lead rehearsals and invest in volunteer musicians and vocalists.

• Cultivate a worship culture marked by spiritual maturity, musical excellence, encouragement, and unity.

• Mentor and develop emerging worship leaders.

Collaborate and Create

• Work closely with our Senior Pastor, central worship leadership, and production teams.

• Plan worship that supports the teaching, vision, and ministry of One Church.

• Participate in creative opportunities involving original worship music, songwriting, and recording.

Invest in the Next Generation

• Participate in our Monday evening college worship ministry.

• Encourage and mentor college age worship leaders and musicians.

• Support our developing worship school and music initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to connect with someone who:

• Has a growing relationship with Jesus and a genuine love for the local church.

• Is a strong, confident vocalist who can lead a congregation with authenticity and passion.

• Is comfortable leading worship from guitar or keys.

• Brings musical versatility and an appreciation for both contemporary worship and gospel influenced music.

• Understands how to engage people in worship rather than simply perform from a platform.

• Has experience leading, encouraging, and developing worship teams.

• Values humility, collaboration, spiritual maturity, and musical excellence.

• Is comfortable with or willing to learn Planning Center, MultiTracks Playback, and click tracks.

Songwriting experience is a plus, but not required.
