Tri-County Bible Church is seeking our next Pastor as our longtime pastor prepares to retire. We are a small, established, Bible-believing church with a committed congregation, a church facility we own, and something especially important: a genuine desire to grow and reach the next generation.
This is more than an opportunity to maintain an existing ministry. It is an opportunity to help shape what comes next.
We are looking for a pastor who loves God's Word, loves people, and is energized by the opportunity to lead a church into its next season. Someone who can preach practical, biblically grounded messages while also building relationships, developing leaders, reaching families, and helping create ministries that connect with our community.
Our congregation understands that growth will require change, new ideas, hard work, and a willingness to do things differently. We are ready for that. We want our next pastor to have the freedom and support to bring vision, energy, and ideas to the table.
The right candidate doesn't need to come from a large church as the lead or senior pastor. We would welcome someone currently serving as an Associate, Youth, Family, or Teaching Pastor who feels God may be calling them to take the next step into church leadership.
We are looking for someone with:
A strong commitment to Scripture and Bible-centered preaching
A genuine heart for people and discipleship
Energy, initiative, and a willingness to lead
A desire to reach young adults, families, children, and the surrounding community
The ability to develop and empower others rather than trying to do everything alone
A vision for healthy, sustainable church growth
A heart for honoring the church's history while helping write its next chapter
Tri-County Bible Church is located in the growing Gilbertsville/Boyertown area of southeastern Pennsylvania, within reach of Philadelphia and the surrounding communities.
