Job Summary
The Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting our organization with the community, fostering relationships, and driving engagement through various outreach initiatives. Responsibilities
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community members and stakeholders.
Coordinate fundraising activities and events to support Church goals.
Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and retention efforts to ensure effective program delivery.
Collect and analyze data to assess the impact of outreach programs and inform future initiatives.
Educate community members about available resources and services related to addiction counseling and social support.
Utilize social media platforms to promote events, share success stories, and enhance community awareness of our programs.
Collaborate with team members to create promotional materials that effectively communicate our mission as a Church
Provide leadership during outreach events, ensuring smooth operations and positive participant experiences.
Ensure that we have first-time visitors come to church every week
Requirements
Proven experience in church administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
Background in project management is highly desirable.
Experience in church evangelism and addiction counseling is a plus.
Strong volunteer management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate church members.
Proficient in data collection methods and analysis to drive program improvements.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to educate diverse audiences.
Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for effective engagement.
Strong leadership qualities with a commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
