A growing ministry: While reaching hundreds of students attending Dallas Bible across middle and high school, you will lead a ministry with strong families, adult volunteers, and a student leadership team with significant opportunity to grow and reach students in our large family community.
Real room to teach and lead. You will have the freedom to build and expand the youth ministry, teach and preach to students, invest in relationships with leaders, students, and families, and multiply your impact through volunteer and student leaders.
A team around you. You will report to the Family Pastor and serve on the Family Ministry Team. You will also hire a person to join the youth team and serve under your leadership. Teamwork, coaching, development, and alignment are part of how we lead.
A clear philosophy: Faith at Home. We believe parents are their child’s primary disciple-maker. Our Family Milestones path gives you a framework for partnering with parents in the intentional, age-appropriate discipleship of their child. See the sermon series for this at Dallas Bible.
A hiring process that respects you. Honest, structured, and relational. After a few video meetings, we will have an on-site visit where you meet our staff, Elders, youth leaders, and families, and even preach to students on a Wednesday night.
A neighborhood church with genuine community. You'll join a warm, mission-driven family where your gifts are valued, your ministry has room to grow, and you get to love and help students and families follow Jesus every day. 80% of the church lives within a 5-mile radius, making community easy and fun.
A great community for families. We are located in Far North Dallas between Richardson and Addison, a favorite, highly sought-after location with great schools, diverse neighborhoods, friendly people, and sunny weather that keeps you warm most of the year. Parks, trails, shopping, and local restaurants make it easy to settle in and enjoy life here. The church has a new courtyard with a pickleball court, a basketball court, sand volleyball, and picnic tables just outside the youth building, with a full indoor basketball court, worship area, classrooms, etc.
