Job Description:

Position Summary

The Family Pastor provides spiritual and strategic leadership for discipleship from early childhood through high school. This pastor directly leads Intersect Youth (grades 6–12), provides pastoral oversight and direction for GCC Kids (birth–5th grade) through its coordinator and volunteer teams, and equips parents as the primary disciplers of their children. The Family Pastor builds healthy relationships, develops leaders, connects generations, and collaborates with the Lead Pastor and church leadership to advance the overall vision of GCC.
