Youth Pastor

Lakeside is searching for their next youth pastor to lead our students and their families in discipleship, worship, service, evangelism, and mission. The person filling this role will coordinate with our other 10 pastors in church-wide events as well. The youth pastor should have the skills to encourage students to attend youth camp, mission trips, discipleship weekends, small group Bible studies, and community ministry events. He or she should be involved in our church and community when needed. Our team prefers 3 years of ministry experience, a degree in theology or biblical studies, spiritual maturity, leadership skills, and passion for the next generation.
