We are seeking a Pastor that can oversee multiple areas of community life with the ability develop and grow groups.
REQUIREMENTS
A mature and growing relationship with Jesus A faithful pursuit of the leadership characteristics listed in 1Tim. 3
Must have a healthy knowledge of the gospel, and the Word of God
Must possess an ability to connect with the church at large
RESPONSIBILITIES OVER COMMUNITY LIFE
Our community life pastor will help people navigate from their first experience with the church into a growing and maturing relationship with Jesus. They will promote healthy church gatherings and groups.
Develop GROUPS and help train GROUP leaders that effectively help people grow.
Connect people to opportunities that help them connect and serve.
Oversee the Administration of effective systems of COMMUNICATION allowing people to grow in community.
