Watermark Church, located in Chesterfield Township, Michigan, is seeking a Worship & Production Director. Serving as the primary weekend Worship Leader, the Director will focus on cultivating weekend environments that help people encounter God, while building volunteer teams and strengthening systems.
In alignment with the church's mission and vision, the Worship & Production Director provides strategic leadership, coaching, and operational oversight for all aspects of the worship and production ministry.
As the primary worship leader, you are comfortable leading from an instrument, directing vocalists and a band, utilizing Multitracks via Playback Pro and ensuring all production elements are operating with excellence.
As a coach, you prioritize mentoring over quick fixes, empowering volunteers with the problem-solving skills needed to thrive in their role on Sunday. You articulate decisions with clarity and patiently guide the team to embrace and carry out the vision.
As an administrator, you are comfortable with Planning Center Online and value staying organized.
As a part of the church staff, you value collaboration. You partner with both the Lead Pastor and Executive Director to evaluate and plan weekend worship experiences. You participate in weekly staff meetings and assist in planning for special services such as Easter, Christmas, baptisms, and other church-wide events.
You prioritize your relationship with Jesus and desire to see that replicated amongst your team.
