ABOUT THE ROLE:
Grace Church San Diego has been gathering people around Jesus for nearly 100 years. We're looking for a part-time Technical Director to lead audio, visual, and production for our Sunday services and church events. The goal is simple: when the tech is done well, nobody notices it. People can sing, listen, and meet Jesus without distraction. This role is about building that kind of Sunday every week, and building a volunteer team so it doesn't depend on one person. Additionally, in 2027, Grace is merging with East Clairemont Church. This role will help shape production through that transition.
