Senior Pastor

Limitless Church is prayerfully seeking a biblically qualified, Spirit led man to serve as our next full time Senior Pastor. We are a non-denominational church that has been in existence for 5 years. Our next Pastor must be committed to the authority of Scripture, the preaching and teaching of God’s Word, encouraging evangelism, discipleship, outreach, and the ministry of the local church.

The Senior Pastor will serve as an under-shepherd of the Lord Jesus Christ, faithfully providing spiritual and pastoral leadership to our church family of almost 500 members and regular attenders (average Sunday attendance of 300-400). Our church's heartbeat and mission are centered around "Jesus to the Family, Jesus to the Neighborhood and Jesus to the World”. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear testimony of salvation, a genuine call to Kingdom ministry, sound doctrine, Godly character, a servant’s heart, Spirit led and Spirit filled life and a deep love for people.

Primary Responsibilities

The Senior Pastor is expected to focus most of his time on Prayer, People, and Preaching. He is responsible for directing vision within the church alongside the elders and leading the Leadership Team. Preaching & Teaching: Faithfully preach and teach the Word of God, rightly dividing the Word of truth.

• Spiritual Leadership: Equip, train and release disciples to touch the world, Provide biblical direction, promote unity, and oversee the ministries and business affairs of the church in accordance with its Elder Board and its By-Laws.

• Pastoral Care: Shepherd the congregation, provide biblical counseling, and offer compassionate care during times of illness, bereavement, and crisis.

• Staff & Ministry Oversight: Provide leadership, encouragement, and accountability to church staff and ministry leaders.

• Outreach: Lead and encourage the church in touching both our local neighborhoods and reaching to nations.

• Ordinances & Functions: Conduct weddings, funerals, baptisms, the Lord’s Supper.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Biblical Standards: Must meet the scriptural qualifications set forth in 1 Timothy 3:1–7, Titus 1:5–9, and 1 Peter 5:1–4.

• Doctrinal Alignment: Must review, affirm, and agree with the church’s By-Laws, and Statement of Faith.

• Leadership Style: Proven ability to lead and mentor future Christian leaders with humility and a servant's heart, without being domineering.

• Family Testimony: A faithful personal and family life consistent with scripture. A supportive family testimony is vital.

Note: Minimum of 5 years of Pastoral Ministry and a Degree from an Accredited Seminary or Bible School or equivalent experience. While formal theological education and years of ministry experience are highly valued, they are not substitutes for biblical qualification, spiritual maturity, and the calling of God.

Compensation and Benefits

A competitive compensation and benefits package commensurate with experience will be offered. Financial details will be discussed with the qualified candidate at the appropriate stage of the pastoral search process. The salary range is $75,000-$100,000.
