Position Overview
Faith Church seeks a spiritually mature, relational Children’s Ministry Director to lead its ministry for infants through fifth graders. An engaged volunteer team is already in place and needs leadership and vision to foster spiritual growth.
The ideal candidate loves children, values biblical discipleship, and equips others. This hands-on leader will recruit and develop volunteers, establish effective systems, and teach and support children and families.
Working with the lead pastor, staff, parents, and volunteers, the director will develop and implement a vision aligned with Faith Church's mission, connecting children to church life through Sunday, midweek, and other ministries.
This part-time role is 18–27 hours weekly: 12–18 office hours and 6–9 ministry hours, with potential to increase as the ministry grows.
We look forward to finding a leader who will help our children grow in their knowledge of God’s Word, understand the saving work of Jesus Christ, and participate meaningfully in the life and mission of His church.
