We are looking for hire a full-time Spiritual Formation Architect
Red Cedar Community Church exists to LEAD PEOPLE TO A FULL LIFE IN JESUS CHRIST. And…honestly…it’s happening at an amazing rate!
Which means, the person we hire must have a heart to reach lost people. 182 people have given their hearts to Jesus so far this year. And by the time you read this…that number will have grown! Currently, we have 750 people who call Red Cedar their church
home. We project to be 1000+ within this next year based on our growth rate.
This position is for a strong leader/developer who can create paths for new believers to move toward a
FULL LIFE in Jesus Christ. This includes a restructuring/expansion of ALL things “discipleship.”
We have recently purchased property and are planning on a relocation in the fall of 2014. Once our new facility opens, we project more instant growth. This person must be one who equips and empowers…having a “Developer Skill Set.”
For example,
“BIG WINS” =
People giving their lives to Jesus.
People beginning to serve.
People receiving a strong, Biblical foundation.
Transformed people leading others toward transformation.
“BIG LOSS” =
Doing everything yourself.
Disorganized.
Dictator.
People attending week after week with no life change.
People not bringing people.
Our desire is to be a church that is both DEEP and WIDE. This hire is crucial for that. He/She would be a part of the Lead Team here at Red Cedar. They would be creating environments for new believers to sink roots, deepen faith, and find
the joy that comes from a FULL LIFE.
