Staff Cohesion, Culture & Health: Cultivate a high-trust, collaborative staff culture rooted in CFC’s core values, leading with trust over suspicion. :: Ensure team alignment with staff culture expectations (e.g., Sunday "mingle over meeting" posture, weekly service attendance, annual lifestyle agreements, and healthy work-life margin). :: Drive team cohesion through intentional communication, pastoral care for staff, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Strategy Execution & Goal Achievement: Lead and manage the execution of church-wide initiatives and strategic action plans. :: Establish clear ministry metrics, accountability rhythms, and review processes across direct ministry leads (Worship, Discipleship, Next Gen). :: Remove operational bottlenecks and resolve cross-functional friction points to ensure ministry flows effectively.
