We are looking for an Executive Pastor for our six-year-old church plant. We are about 275 members. We are a simple church that does not put emphasis on programs but does place a high value on excellence. We are very community and service driven. Children
and families are a priority to us. We are looking for someone to help us transition from a pastor led church that is run much like a family into a more efficient team based church. We need someone with impeccable administrative and organizational skills as
well as someone that handles people with the utmost care and grace. This will all require a person with a lot of patience. We need someone that is not reactive, someone that can show the love of Christ to difficult people, someone that actively keeps their
family first, and someone that thrives as a number two. We are looking for someone that accepts direction well but doesn't need to be micromanaged. We need someone creative, thorough, and systematic. We need someone spirit-filled who is self aware and honest.
The number one, most important quality is that this person needs an intimate, daily relationship with the Lord. This person needs to be a great communicator and someone with keen discernment. We also need someone that doesn't have a problem with female leaders
