Job Description:

About the Organization:

CLC is a multi-cultural church of supernatural power, impacting children and young families of the nations through intercessory prayer, balanced Bible teaching, and the full ministry of the Holy Spirit.

It is the desire of Christian Life Center to reach people right where they are with practical Bible teaching, and to impact children and young families with the Word of God. CLC believes that all people matter to God and therefore, all people matter to them. With relevance and authenticity, the church strives to reach the communities and the world around them, believing in a church that shows unity, liberty and charity.

Christian Life Center had its beginning in the first few weeks of 1990, with Pastors Jerry and Chris McQuay and a team of volunteers from the First Apostolic Church of Tinley Park. A total of 147 people gathered and worshiped at its opening service on March 25, 1990 at the Tinley Park High School auditorium.

Upon experiencing much growth and progress in terms of leadership, programming, and facilities over the years, today, CLC is a thriving and growing regional church located in one of the top five largest suburbs in Chicago. Over time, the church has not only maintained, but also successfully increased its potential to expand its reach throughout the community of Tinley Park. It has created a solid platform for its ministry that provides the leverage necessary for the sustainability of its continued growth and impact in local, regional, and global capacities.
