Victory Church in Lakeland, Florida is seeking a full-time Directory of Facility Operations. The position is responsible for training, supervising, and scheduling approximately 30 employees in the maintenance, repair, housekeeping, and setup of church facilities.
The Director must be a servant/leader and have the leadership qualities to create and maintain a high team spirit, as well as, providing motivation to the team members.
To be considered the candidate must have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and a call to ministry through Facility Operations. Other requirements include a proficiency in building maintenance, and a knowledge and understanding of construction skills,
including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, etc. HVAC experience is a plus. The position, also, requires strong planning and organizational skills, basic office and computer skills, including a working proficiency in Microsoft Office.
