Northview is accepting applications for a full time Groups Placement Coordinator. The primary responsibilities are to facilitate connecting attenders into a small group, encouraging small groups with service opportunities, and coaching small group leaders
with needs or concerns in their groups. In addition, this position will provide support to the Small Groups Pastor by training group leaders, assessing group health and proactively equipping leaders to shepherd their groups more effectively.
The minimum qualifications are a Bachelor's degree (B. A.) in a related field and one to three years of related experience in a customer support or customer service role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be comfortable calling
people on the phone. Experience working or serving in a small group ministry is preferred.
