Job Title

Executive Director of Operations


Purpose Statement

To help people live Jesus-centered lives by leading and developing healthy teams that support ministry at Grace Fellowship in the
areas of Operations, Finance, HR, and Facilities.


Reports to

Lead Pastor



  • Manages Operations, Finance, HR, and Facilities team leads and ensures that they are properly and effectively managing their teams.

  • Oversees annual budget process and works with the Executive Team to review departmental budgets and make
    recommendations to the Elder Board.

  • Manages the church’s financial resources by ensuring systems and processes are in place that ensure good stewardship and
    excellent accounting. 
  • Oversees Weekend Service Operations across all campuses. These responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    - Facility Preparedness
    - Safety Services
    - Incident Management
    - Service Time Management
    - Building Transition Management
    - Offering Team Management
    - Cafe finances
    - Adult attendance 
  • Responsible for anything pertaining to legal or potentially incurring liability.  
  • Reviews laws, regulations, and best practices as they pertain to projects, proposals,

    and HR.

  • Oversees the process for procuring and managing Healthcare/Vision and dental


  • Oversees the process of any potential land or asset acquisition.

  • Leads and manages Grace Fellowship building projects from securing financing through

    project completion.

  • Represents Grace in conversations with governmental entities which include cities,

    townships, school districts, etc.

  • Works on church-wide projects as determined by the Lead Pastor and Elder Board.

  • Performs other duties as determined by the Lead Pastor and Elder Board.

Work Schedule

Regular Office Hours, Sunday-Thursday 45+hours a week
