Clarkston Community Church is a outwardly focused vibrant church in Northwest Oakland County, MI. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic leader to join our Next Gen staff and lead our Student Ministry programs here at CCC. If you are fun, creative, in love with Jesus and passionate about leading students closer in their walk with Christ, Lets talk. Overall Responsibilities

Work with the Student Ministry Staff to create and execute weekly programming for MS and HS students.
Work with the Student Ministry Staff and Student Ministry Advisory Team (SMAT) to organize and plan separate annual camp experiences, mission trips and connecting events for MS and HS students.
Key communicator for all programs within Student Ministry.
Help create student environments that churched, unchurched and never churched students will love and want to invite friends to.
Evaluate and implement phase appropriate programming for MS and HS students.
Work with small group leaders, CIT’s (counselors in training, these are students) and Ministry Team students to create themes, activities and a welcoming and effective environment for all who attend.
Work with our Student Ministry staff to create and execute activities for our After School Event, that takes place each week from 2:30-6pm before each Summit night.
Leverage the After School Event as a connection and Summit attendance enabler. (Outreach)
Work with our Student Ministry Staff to create and execute an age specific targeted lesson that is consistent with the teaching that takes place during worship for our “Hot Church” program for 6th-8th grades students. (Sundays from 11am to Noon)
Develop and achieve yearly goals for Student Ministry with the support and approval of the Next Gen Pastor and SMAT.
