  • Tech-Savvy  (average user-comprehension of social media & website functionality)
  • Minimum of 2 years ministry experience

 

Ministry Responsibilities

  • Grow Students to be fully-devoted followers of Jesus (discipleship)
  • Oversee all Student Ministries related activities for Junior High and High School students
  • Teach and direct week-end Student Ministries classes and mid-week Student Ministries gatherings
  • Help lead and/or facilitate the on-campus ministries at the local Junior High (CRU) and High School (FCA)
  • Organize student outings, retreats, and camps throughout the year*
  • Lead, supervise, and develop adult ministry volunteers
  • Offer insight, direction & wise counsel to students and parents
  • Meet on a weekly basis with supervisor for ongoing development
  • Grow Student Ministries (in keeping with The River’s growth)

Supervision and Evaluation  by Community Life Pastor in conjunction with Elders

 

 

Compensation Package

Beginning compensation: $35,100 annually / 30 hours per week

Medical, Vacation & Sick Leave benefits in keeping with The River Personnel Policy
