Production Director

Position Overview

The Production Director makes the name of Jesus famous by ensuring all elements of Resurrection Church production and services clear the path for people to connect with Jesus.

Essential Job Functions

1. Oversee the flow of service for all Resurrection Church services

2. Manage and direct all  Audio/Visual/Lighting within the organization.

3. Consult with Administration, Department heads, and manufacturing representatives to exchange information, present new approaches, and to discuss equipment/system changes.

4. Create and maintain an annual Production budget.

5. Establish and direct the strategic and tactical goals, policies and procedures for the Production department.

6. Serve as primary troubleshooting and management contact for audio, video, and lighting systems, including: updating hardware, software, and equipment firmware; regularly cleaning and maintaining projectors and other equipment; loading and programming content for services and events; and managing Production members involved on the Production Team.

7. Serve as primary manager of all aspects of the Production Team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, ministry relations, leadership development, appreciation, social events and database management.

8. Serve as direct staff advisor to oversee Production Teams and equipment.  

9. Organize, schedule, and attend regular training sessions for Production Team.

10. Create a system of leadership development to cultivate and train and manage  Production Team Leaders and three coordinators.

Leader Requirements

1. Must be at Resurrection Church services 90% of the time.  5-6 Sundays off a year.

2. Must be actively attending a Community Group.  

3. Pursue Jesus and maintain a growing relationship with God and Family

4. Must be an Owner at Resurrection Church.
