Are you a relational shepherd passionate about helping people know Jesus personally, grow spiritually, impact their community, and reach the world with the truth and hope of Jesus Christ?
Would you thrive as part of a collaborative leadership team advancing the vision and mission of a dynamic, multi-campus church within a broadcast teaching model?
Are you a leader who can cast vision, build alignment, develop others, and lead a campus toward greater spiritual and community impact?
Our ideal candidate for the full-time Campus Pastor role is a relational shepherd and strong leader who can pastor people, develop leaders, manage ministry, and reach the community. The Campus Pastor is responsible for the spiritual health and ministry effectiveness of the campus, investing in staff and key volunteers while cultivating a healthy, thriving ministry culture.
In keeping with our broadcast-video multisite model, the Campus Pastor does not participate in weekend teaching. Strong communication skills, however, are essential. This leader must communicate vision clearly and authentically and equip staff and volunteers to take meaningful ownership of ministry.
The Campus Pastor will translate church-wide vision into effective campus ministry, steward people and resources well, and lead efforts to reach the surrounding community with the Gospel. While not required, fluency in Spanish would be a valuable asset in connecting with and serving the local community.
This role requires both a pastor’s heart and a leader’s mind, marked by compassionate tenacity—someone who genuinely cares for people, courageously navigates difficult situations, and faithfully perseveres toward greater health and effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings spiritual maturity, sound judgment, and organizational leadership, balancing the big picture with the details necessary to lead a healthy and fruitful campus.
