Our ideal candidate for this full time role will be a passionate, relational pastor with significant leadership skill. They will be responsible for the overall spiritual health of the Streamwood-Bartlett campus by overseeing and investing in staff and key
volunteers, as well as serving as the spiritual leader for the campus, with regards to pastoral counseling and shepherding. We see this person possessing the communication gifts to be able to inspire and motivate others with a strong ability to develop volunteer
leaders. This role will steward resources, cast vision, and create strategies to reach the campus community with the Gospel. As a Pastor, this person needs to have a shepherd’s heart to help people walk through difficult situations with spiritual maturity
and compassion. As a member of our team of managers we call team captains, this person also needs to be an innovative thinker with a savvy business and strategic mind, balancing an eye for details with the capacity to see the big picture.
