Essential Job Functions

  • Provides thorough support and reporting related to job functions.
  • Adheres to all policies as outlined in the Quest Staff Handbook.
  • Maintains and updates all policies & procedures pertinant to the position.
  • Stewards any applicable budget and adheres to spending and expense policies.
  • Leads, evaluates and develops direct reports, volunteers, and teams under the leadership of this position.
  • Oversees special projects as directed by the direct supervisor.
  • Develop evangelism opportunities inside and outside the church.

Specific Job Functions

  • Leads Communications for the entire organization.
  • Develops and executes marketing strategy for church brand, Sunday experiences & church ministries.
  • Oversees website, Social Media and all other internet content creation & functionality.
  • Oversees graphic design, language, and distribution for digital and printed materials for all ministries.

Education or Experience: Bachelors Degree or 4 years experience preferred

Required Knowledge: Proficient at Adobe CC, Wordpress, and DSLR Cameras.

Required Skills: Graphic design, advanced photography & videography, writing content, administration, & brand management
