Candidate must be self-disciplined and motivated, and able to work well individually and in a team environment. Be responsible for producing and creating print and digital graphics for messages series, events, ministries, web, social media, signs and banners,
marketing pieces, etc.
Solid web and print skills, know Adobe Suite products, and basic HTML. Being able to work under deadlines with fast turnaround, and maintain flexibility, as well as hold ideas loosely and take constructive feedback are key. Must take ownership of the position,
and be able to take ideas and run with them!
Web – leads all efforts related to the creation, development and maintenance of the church’s primary and secondary websites; ensures the content is fresh and relevant.
Promotions – creates communication strategies to market, inform and promote church activities, teaching series, big events and other campaigns
Social Media – manages ongoing social media messages; works to creatively build followings on various social media outlets
Design & Brand Management – leads efforts to maintain a high level of quality, creativity, and consistency regarding the look and feel of all materials representing the church. This includes all first impressions, signage, etc. through the church.
Supervises and tasks all staff responsible for communication elements, including in-house videos, media elements for services, conferences, productions, announcement slides, mailers, etc.
