Hill Country Bible Church is a growing, vibrant multi-site church in beautiful Austin, Texas! Our vision is that every man, woman and child in Greater Austin would have multiple opportunities to see, hear and respond to the good news of the gospel.
We are looking for a passionate worship leader who loves God and loves people. This person will serve at the Pastor/Director level on our overall staff team and will partner with the Steiner Ranch Campus Pastor in accomplishing the vision to saturate their
specific geography with the love of Jesus. Steiner Ranch is an upscale community on the western edge of Austin, about 25 minutes from our original and largest campus.
The Campus Worship Pastor will be responsible for identifying, developing and deploying volunteers, leading a modern worship band (musicians and vocalists) and owning the planning and execution of weekend services and special events at their campus. This
person will be a key leader, vocalist and communicator in worship services aimed at connecting people to God in life-changing worship that impacts daily, missional living.

- Fully Formed Followers of Christ – The Great Commission of Jesus is to make disciples. We believe a disciple is someone who is identified as a Worshiper, Witness, Servant and Disciple Maker
- Leadership Development – commitment to identify, develop, deploy and coach existing and new leaders
- Gospel Saturation – having an intentional approach to saturate the geography around us (where we live, work and play) with the love of Jesus
The Campus Worship Pastor will work collaboratively with our Lakeline Worship Pastor and overall Worship Ministry (“one church in multiple locations”) and will have other opportunities for team work, creativity and ministry that serves the whole church.

thoughtfully plan and involve others, while “being fully present and in the moment” as the Spirit leads; excellent musical chops on at least one instrument with strong vocal ability (lead and harmony); expertise in Planning Center Online and team/band development,
rehearsal leading, arranging/contextualizing, with ability to lead (disciple, coach, cast vision, inspire- especially in campus-specific roles) and
follow well (part of the overall staff team and Body of Christ).
