The Opportunity:


We’re looking for a talented and driven Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute immediately! With the diversity of tasks that arise here, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide array of projects that range from print collateral to website design, event marketing to magazine layouts, and much more.   • Design and illustrate a wide range of projects including our weekend worship experience, print media, promotions, web design and special ministry projects
  • Attention to detail when creating clear and visually compelling pieces through print and digital mediums
  • Work on and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Brainstorm and collaborate with our creative team to develop design solutions from concept to completion
  • Ability to work in a high-volume production environment with tight deadlines and fast turnarounds
  • Support peers and managers in raising the bar for branding and marketing excellence and provide ongoing professional feedback for work delivered
  • Challenge the status quo and bring fresh ideas to the production of our team


 Must Haves:

  • Portfolio illustrating a wide variety of design solutions
  • An understanding of design principles, specifically with typography and composition
  • Thick skin to receive feedback and direction in the pursuit of the excellence
  • Strong, proactive work ethic
  • Proficiency in Adobe CC, with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
  • A good understanding of differing print methods (offset, digital and screen printing)
  • Great communication skills
  • A keen eye for where design trends are heading
  • Collaborative, flexible, goal-driven personality
  • Experience working on Mac OS platforms


Bonus Points:

  • Bachelors or associates degree in design or marketing (not required)
  • 2+ years experience in a graphic design environment or related field
  • Experience in Sketch
  • Interactive design skills are welcome
  • Good copywriting skills a plus


Work Schedule:


40 hrs / wk, typically Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm. Flexibility to occasionally work differing hours based on varying seasons.
