The purpose of this position is to lead the high school staff and students in fulfilling the purposes of evangelism, fellowship, discipleship, service, and worship; implementing strategies and programs to assist in spiritual formation in these five areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:
(Teacher) Prepare and teach at weekly church services, weekly group bible studies, various school campus clubs, volunteer meetings, and at parent meetings/seminars.
(Pastor) Shepherd students (one on one, school events, sports, etc), parents, training volunteers, campus visitation, small group bible studies, church services, outreach events, mission trips, camps, retreats, and day trips, campus bible studies and/or clubs
(Administrator) Oversee everything that is high school ministry related, These responsibilities may include:
-Budget, finances, etc.
-Emails, phone calls, or letters
-Ministries and Volunteers
(Leader) Staff meetings, recruit volunteer staff (a continuous, shared responsibility), growth time, training volunteer small group and ministry team leaders, encourage small group leaders to follow-up and shepherd students.
