The Central Region of the Missionary Church is planting churches through the multiplication of disciples throughout Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana. As a denomination, the Missionary has served as a leader in church planting, and is committed
to the supremacy of Jesus Christ, the authority of the Bible and the urgency of the Great Commission.
We are not tied to any one model, nor are we bound by traditional limits.
The Central Region of the Missionary Church is seeking disciple making/church planting partners to fulfill the Great Commission by reaching the 25 million people in living in Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana—and regions beyond.
With a strong base of nearly 60 legacy churches, we are actively seeking the Lord of the Harvest for more workers (Matthew 9:38; Luke 10:2) to join us in our mission to follow Jesus and make disciples in every context: urban, suburban, rural, immigrants
and refugees, and especially multicultural.
While we have established processes of Assessing, Coaching, Training and Networking, we are desiring to partner with those who are entrepreneurial, innovative team builders, with a passion for and track record of making disciples. We are looking for people
who possess a pioneering spirit, without a cowboy attitude.
What makes someone an ideal church planter and/or network leader with us?
- a heart that burns with a burden for people far from God
- a big vision which only God can fulfill
- a humility that desires to learn and grow with others
All of our planters and/or network leaders begin bi-vocationally. We don’t believe being a marketplace pastor is something to avoid, but, for many, a calling to embrace (short and/or long term).
Finally, there is no job description. You write it with what God has written on your heart.
