Faith's mission is to help people bring Jesus into every relationship. We believe that a personal relationship with Jesus is what changes people and changes lives, and that's what we want everyone to experience.
Faith is a member of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod, our theology is rooted in historical orthodoxy and our worship is modern, and vibrant. Each week, more than 1,200 adults gather together to worship in 1 of 3 weekend services. Our community and our
ministry is rooted in family, and we have an energetic congregation that is excited to welcome both skeptics and believers alike.
The primary role of the Director of Women's Ministry is to cast vision and teach women in our congregation and our community, how to better live out their calling as a followers of Jesus, as well as to help them to share the Gospel of Jesus with their friends
and family who do not yet know Jesus as their Savior.

leaders and give them the freedom to create a ministry, as opposed to just filing a job description.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication, leadership, and teaching skills. She will be a visionary leader, who is not afraid to create something new and who can also lead a team of people effectively. She will have a background
in teaching, education or counseling / social work and Biblical studies / Christian education / theology. She will have a high level of emotional intelligence, be intuitive, and possess the highest level of integrity and character. She will be self-motivated,
with a high level of drive and determination. She will be entrepreneurial by nature and committed to the success of the local church.
If you're our candidate, then you have the ability to connect women in their 20's and 30's as well as those 20 or 30 years older than you. You have the maturity to disciple believers, as well as the enthusiasm and heart to reach those with questions. You
have a love for people, especially imperfect ones, and a strong desire to see all people grow in their relationship with Jesus.
