Pastor of Administration & Assimilation

Our church in southeast North Carolina is expaninding its staff with the addition of a Pastor of Administration and Assimilation. This position is part of the church's pastoral staff and combines both managerial and pastoral responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with church and/or business administration as well as familiarity with small-group discipleship strategy. This role includes providing administrative leadership and oversight of day-to-day ministry opearations and leading a team that is tasked with integrating new people into the church through Sunday morning connections and small groups. Interested applicants should send cover letter and resume to staffsearch@libertyonline.church.
