Southside was founded in 2005 and is a strategic partner of North Point Community Church in Alpharetta, GA. North Point was founded in 1995 with the vision of creating churches that unchurched people love to attend. Our strategy is to create relevant and
irresistible environments where people are encouraged and equipped to pursue intimacy with God, community with insiders, and influence with outsiders. Though our methods have evolved over the years, the mission has always been to lead people into a growing
relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Southside work environment is comprised of a vibrant community of forty staff members at three campuses who are committed to staying focused on being a church unchurched people love to attend. We are men and women just like you who have chosen to live
out the purposes of God in our lives by leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
We nurture an outstanding culture with servant leaders and co-workers who love, care, and pray for one another. Our team values excellence, hard work, teamwork, collaboration, fun, and continual improvement. We enjoy a casual work environment with an emphasis

A successful Groups Director will be someone who is passionate about contributing to a church that unchurched people love to attend, demonstrates a proven track record of highly effective recruitment and development of volunteer leaders, understands and

meeting with new volunteer leaders to offer training, and encouraging and equipping existing leaders as they take next steps with their groups. A normal day might also include researching best practices, developing training materials, evaluating small group
