Northview Church is currently accepting applications for the Carmel Campus Teams Pastor. This role’s primary responsibility is to implement the church’s strategy for moving first time guests through the process of becoming fully engaged volunteers at Northview’s
Carmel Campus. In addition, this position implements comprehensive plans to help attenders mature as Christ followers. The Carmel Campus Teams Pastor oversees assimilation, baptism and membership classes, Alpha, the Discipleship Walk and other key programs
which serve to develop adult attenders & volunteers at the Carmel Campus.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a four-year college, university or seminary; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ordination required.
In addition, qualified applicants will have two to five years of related experience in leading volunteers in a large church setting, as well as guest services, assimilation and connecting strategies and adult ministry.
