We are looking for a dynamic Associate Worship Director (Students) to work with our student and worship departments to ignite a stronger musical culture with uniqueness, creativity, and excellence in our student environments that are currently running over
650 in attendance.

Under the close supervision of the Administrative Pastor, the Associate Worship Director (Students) provides assistance to the Administrative Pastor in planning, preparing, and executing student worship services by leading worship as scheduled and participating
in rehearsal leadership. Assistswithprovidetraining and development for volunteer and staff musicians.
Participate inplanningof student worship services to the extent requested by the Administrative Pastor.
Participate in the preparation of materials for worship planning, including tasks such as procuring of music and audiofiles,creation ofdemo vocal and instrumental tracks, and documentation of instructions for volunteers and staff musicians, etc. to the
extent requested by Administrative Pastor.
Participate in leadership of student and adult worship services as requested vocally or instrumentally. Attend and direct worship rehearsals.
Actively recruit and train new vocal and instrumental volunteers.
Communicate regularly with volunteers and staff musicians, providing encouragement,
receiving feedback and communicating vision as set by the Administrative Pastor.
Create and implement creative elements for new initiatives, services, events and projects as
requested by the Administrative Pastor.
These duties are subject to change as church needs and strategies evolve.Employee may be
required to perform other duties including camps and special events.
- A degree in music composition or theory is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a worship volunteer in a similar ministry is required.
Knowledge of audio/video technology is preferred.

Task-oriented and self-starting.
Creative thinker, willing to follow a vision set by leadership.
Planning skills and leadership traits.
Vocally strong and proficient in either keyboard or guitar (preferably both).
