Youth Unlimited helps churches challenge youth to commit their lives to Jesus Christ and transform this world for him.
Youth Unlimited is a non-profit, non-denominational ministry that focuses on assisting local congregations in their youth ministry. The organization strongly believes that the local church is the tool God created to use to reveal himself to the world. Therefore,
they take the call of ministering to today’s youth very seriously, and are blessed by encouraging, supporting, equipping, and partnering with congregations across North America to reach this generation for Jesus Christ.
Youth Unlimited is one of four ministries incorporated in an organization named ‘Dynamic Youth Ministries’ (DYM) which consist of GEMS Girl’s Club (a ministry for young girls), Calvinist Cadet Corp (a companion ministry for boys), and The Esther School (a
Christian day school in Zambia).

About the Position:
The Executive Director of Youth Unlimited will provide visionary leadership for the organization. This position will be largely responsible for program development, donor advancement, and administration. This position requires a seasoned youth leader with
a firm grasp on the purpose, values, and strategies of Youth Unlimited and the ability to drive forth its future.
The successful prospect for this role will be a strategist, an administrator, and a shepherd with a strong leadership aptitude to lead the organization and its staff. They will also be a proficient communicator with a natural ability to drive donors and
financial growth, as they champion and secure the future of Youth Unlimited. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the local church, driven by a passion to equip youth of the next generation.
What We Are Searching For / Qualifications:
The following describes many of the characteristics of the ideal candidate for the Executive Director:
Education: An undergraduate degree in a related field is required.
Experience: First and foremost, this position requires leadership and organizational skills. The ability to support staff members, supervise programs, build relationships, and remain consistent and fair in all situations will be imperative for this
role. Communication skills, public speaking skills, and ability to problem solve are necessary, while the understanding of the overall ministry of YU and the ability to fulfill the stated mission and vision are essential.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and lives a life committed to following Jesus Christ.
- An understanding of, and agreement with, the theology ofChristian Reformed Churches (a majority of participants and churches are related to the CRC)
- A high level of emotional intelligence.
- An intuitive nature.

- Ability to identify untapped opportunities on which to capitalize for the progressive growth of the organization.
- Faithful to daily personal prayer, Scripture, and walking in community.
