This position widely reaches every aspect of the ministries of the church. It bears responsibilities that ensure the smooth operations of all ministries and physical plants of our church's two campuses.
- Administrate all payment requests-review that proper procedures are followed, approvals are in place, documentation is complete
- Process payments--physical checks and electronic payments properly posted in the church's accounting system and properly packaged for finalization of payments
- Maintain processes for timely payments
- Maintain organized filing of all Accounts Payable
- Oversee the church's electronic calendar system for booking of all church activities
- Ensure no conflicts amongst activities
- Ensure procedures are followed for use of church facilities
- Coordinate with all ministries
- Oversee the electronic booking of air conditioning/heat for all church events
- Oversee the booking of security coverage for church events, following church policies for such
- Oversee the booking of all church vehicles and drivers for such
- Assist Facilities Manager in tracking work orders for church plants
- Assist Business Administrator as needed
