Job Description:

Provide administrative, operational and communications support to the Executive and Senior Pastors. 


Primary duties and responsibilities include: supporting new projects, working with committees, staff and leadership in carrying out the Pastoral mission in the church. Provide phone screening, scheduling, weekly calendar, filing records, meeting minutes, travel arrangements, ordering books and supplies.


This position will also provide 5 hours support per week to the Life Group Coordinator. Primary responsibility for entering data and making follow-up calls. 


They will also work with the Operations team with electronic systems Service-U, Fellowship One and BambooHR. 


The successful candidate will have a strong passion for church leadership in administration, operational skills, communications experience and a proactive, relational personality. Flexibility to work up to 30 hours per week in support of periodic projects such as Milpitas Cares.
