By God’s grace we have planted 25 autonomous churches in Greater Austin while expanding to three multi-site campuses (with plans to open a fourth in 2018 – “one church in multiple locations”) and have seen thousands of lives changed as we live on mission
in our beautiful community.
God has opened doors for us to partner with other like-minded churches and ministries across Greater Austin. We engaged with 377 local churches for the Explore God initiative - through this unified endeavor thousands and thousands of spiritual conversations
took place across the city and at least 50,000 people heard the gospel.
We are part of Christ Together Greater Austin and the Christ Together national movement (our Lead Pastor serves on the leadership team for both).
About this Position: We are looking for a highly relational, strategic and visionary leader to work closely with our Lead Pastor as they serve as our Lakeline Campus Pastor - this is our original and largest campus, located in Northwest
Austin, near Cedar Park. This is a new role for us and a critical one! This person will serve as the primary vision caster at Lakeline (MC/Announcements on Sunday), serve as a member of the Teaching Team (Broadcast Campus), and manage core ministries of the
They will lead the campus ministries toward the successful implementation of our over-arching church goals. They will manage staff teams and ministries who are committed to making disciples who make disciples, who are raising up leaders, and who are saturating
their geography with the love of Jesus – giving every man, woman and child multiple opportunities to see, hear and respond to the gospel.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills (large and small settings), effective leadership development experience (staff, lay leaders, volunteers) and prioritizes personal evangelism. They are winsome, theologically aligned and goal-oriented.
