Church: From its 1977 founding by a group of 40 local believers meeting in a Grange Hall, The Fellowship has developed into an established regional church drawing from several surrounding communities.
A combined adult attendance approaching 250 currently meets in worship service each Sunday, with a higher number of individuals (estimated at about 400-450) actively involved in the church. Located on the South Shore, in the town of Easton (about 20 miles
southwest of Boston), The Fellowship has had only two pastors in its 40-year history. Our last Senior Pastor (of 23 years) has retired in Fall 2017; thus, our search process is underway. As we anticipated the next stage of our church’s life under new pastoral
leadership, we took the opportunity to assume an indepth look at our strengths, our challenges, and our areas of opportunity. To meet that goal, The Fellowship worked with The Malphurs Group whose great coaches walked with us through this process, spanning
much of 2017. We have moved through this strategic re-visioning work through November 2017, and are excited to now be in our implementation phase! The believers here at The Fellowship are very excited about what the Lord is doing in our midst and what He
has in store for The Fellowship, as well as for our next Senior Pastor, in our future!
2018 is here! Come join us in this adventure in Faith!
Overview: The Fellowship is looking for a servant leader to be our next Pastor. The church is “Elder led” and the Senior Pastor would join a group of 6 current Elders as the church leaders.
We are eager to welcome this man chosen by God into the church family, to support and follow his leadership, and to worship and minister together for the advancement of the Kingdom of God. A candidate who has the passion and skills to reach across multiple
generations and to create common ground across those lines would be much desired.

relationships with people of all ages and cultural backgrounds.
Administration: The Senior Pastor will be responsible for a staff that includes the Pastoral Assistant/Missions Specialist; the Directors of Adult, Student, Children’s, and Music Ministries; and an
