CTK Bellingham is accepting applications for the Women's Ministry Director position. We are eager to grow a dynamic Women's Ministry and look forward to where God is taking us. Position: Women’s Ministry Director
Department: Team Name
Wage: $27,300/year
Combined Schedule: Monday & Wednesday + varies


Reports To: Family Ministry Director Exemption Status: Salary
Hours: 25 hours/week.

Recruit, train, deploy, and support a volunteer team to lead classes, programs, and events which help women take the next steps in their faith journey.


Essential Functions

  • Ensure discipleship classes (video or live teaching) are offered for women on a regular basis by recruiting and developing a team of volunteer teachers, facilitators, and leaders.

  • Initiate a Women’s Mentoring program by identifying, recruiting, training, deploying and supporting a ministry leader and mentors as well as developing a mechanism for selecting and connecting those who wish to be mentored.

  • Develop and sustain a ministry which utilizes volunteers to connect women with specific next steps based on their Spiritual Health Assessments and individual life circumstances.

  • Oversee support groups for women by supporting well-trained leaders.

  • Provide support and oversight to the Days for Girls leadership.

  • Serve as a liaison between our CTK partner organizations for women’s ministry specific opportunities.

  • Serve as a liaison between CTK and Collide Ministries, partnering with them to promote collide events and develop potential next steps for women who attend Collide events.

  • Inspire and equip women to participate in service projects initiated by our Outreach Ministry.

  • Fully engage in church-wide quarterly initiatives by developing strategies to inspire, motivate and

    equip women to participate.

  • Actively participate in planning, developing, and strategizing with the ACL Team.

  • Create women’s ministry environments which are welcoming and inclusive of women at all stages of their Spiritual journey including those who are not yet believers.

Skills and Knowledge Required
  • Qualified candidate must be a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ pursuing emotional and spiritual health.

  • Significant experience recruiting and supporting teams of volunteers including delegating key leadership responsibilities to strong leaders.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

  • Embrace the mission and vision of CTK and have strong alignment with the values of CTK
