The Trinity Kids Campus Coordinator will ensure an excellent children’s ministry for Trinity Kids maintaining a safe, organized, Christ centered educational environment for children birth to 5th grade.

1. Weekly Programming for childcare during church events requiring care for Sundays at 60 volunteers (which will increase with growth) for special events.
2. Develop, grow and maintain personal relationships with volunteers to include:
a. Yearly training at your campus twice yearly including safety, curriculum implementation, policies and procedures, and parent relationships.
b. Ensure background check and other paperwork is completed and entered into Planning Center prior to working with children.
c. Intentional prayer life for each volunteer, child, family, co-worker, and leadership.
d. Operate Planning Center for scheduling volunteers needed, being sure to follow procedure in handbook.
e. Review and select curriculum elements.
f. Send selected curriculum to all volunteers for the week.
g. Print off lesson plans to take Sunday with volunteer’s name labeled.
h. Gather materials needed for Sunday activities planned.
i. Attend Sunday Worship after securing children’s area 1x a month.
j. Maintain neat and orderly storage of equipment and supplies in your campus to nclude organizing items in bins and labeling them for easy packing and identification so anyone can clearly understand where supplies are stored.
k. Lead the team on Sundays, ensuring safety and quality.
2 hours preservice and 1 hour post service.
o Setting up Check-In according to handbook
o Helping Team Leaders properly equip rooms
o Greeting and talking to parents and children as they arrive
o Ensuring safety guidelines are followed in classrooms
o Monitoring check-out procedures at end of service
o Overseeing set-up and tear down of children’s areas
o Ensuring rooms are tidy, trash is out, and everything is stored properly
Required Administration Meetings:
Huddle- All Staff Meeting (twice monthly) Children’s Ministry Team Meeting (twice monthly) Campus Specific Meetings (as directed by Pastor) Meet with Campus Pastor (once each month) Others as assigned
Operate within budget, shop for materials and maintain inventory responsibly
Turn in copies of all receipts to designated office personnel
Compile and send weekly report with attendance totals and hours to Children’s Ministry Director, and designated office personnel
