- We are prayerfully seeking a Full Time Pastor with a Christian college/seminary degree or equivalent ministry experience who demonstrates spiritual maturity in the execution of the following duties and responsibilities:
Preaching/Teaching: He is the principle communicator of proclaiming the gospel message of Jesus Christ. He demonstrates a high level of competence in presenting God’s Word in public worship and shares the responsibility with the elders of ensuring that
the Church is growing towards maturity in Christ. He is willing to teach small group classes and train others to do the same.
Community Outreach: He demonstrates a heart for winning souls to Christ. He is the primary guiding source of evangelistic initiatives. He is willing to lead and coach congregants in activities designed to attract the unchurched to a relationship with
Family Care: He demonstrates a genuine compassionate heart. He will visit or delegate to the elders visitations to families in times of need such as hospital stays, family emergencies, death and other crises. He is a man who recognizes the value of prayer
in all situations, good times and bad. He is prepared to conduct weddings, funerals and other appropriate ceremonies as needed.
Administration: He actively participates in meetings with the Eldership and other church leaders in order to facilitate effective communication and coordination of objectives and activities. He has the ability to clearly communicate ideas and information
through a variety of devices and media. He sets high standards of excellence in his work as he assumes responsibility and accountability for completing tasks and objectives.
