Job Description:


Responsible for the execution of the live stream broadcast, IMAG at the Eden Prairie, and the distribution of the recorded message to the campus and archive.  Provide overall tech assistances during the midweek for other events and areas of tech as needed.



  • Direct volunteers and staff crew through all live broadcast.
  • Recruit and grow specifically video team volunteers at the main campus for support at the campus level.
  • Responsible for any video setup and cameras needed on the stage and worship center prior to and during events. 
  • Develop, edit and manipulate media as well as ingest for backgrounds of lyrics in preparation for events.
  • Insure that lyrics, announcements slides, teaching screens and any other text is prepared correctly and executed accurately for services.
  • Responsible for any video setup and cameras needed on the stage and worship center prior to and during events. 
  • Manage archive process of weekly services and special events.
  • Manage campus readiness, including equipment, volunteer training, and any additional setup needed. Ensure that the repairs are managed and replacements are taken care of.
  • Explore cutting edge ways to lead Wooddale creative arts into the next phase of Broadcast Video.

  • Professional level ability and knowledge of production equipment, operation and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, After Effects, Premier, ProPresenter, Black Magic Design Equipment, and other related software and hardware.
  • Experience with live video production and broadcast elements. 
  • Must be proficient in troubleshooting complex and advanced technical issues as they pertain to the operation of the control room in calm professional manner providing on the spot support.
