Founded upon the ministry model of the North Point Network, Timberlake values this legacy, which has impacted its ministries, staffing, and programming components over the years. Their steady progress has been further evidenced through the leadership of Ben Sigman, who has led the congregation as Lead Pastor since 2008, growing the congregation from 600 to nearly 3,000 regular weekend attendees. The past eight years have been marked by significant facility improvements, multi-site expansions, rapidly increasing attendance, a highly diversified body of attendees, as well as a growing and thriving ministry environment.
