About the Position:
The Creative Pastor will be responsible for the execution, development, and implementation, of all creative teams and departments at Timberlake Church, while successfully operating in a solution-oriented, results-driven environment. This position will oversee
each aspect of media, communications, worship, video, tech, and production, ensuring excellent deliverables and the successful completion of each assigned task. The best candidates will have (or gain) a thorough understanding of the two books that guide the
philosophy of Timberlake: Deep and Wide (Stanley) and Simple Church (Rainer & Geiger).
What We Are Searching For:
The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad understanding of music, worship, digital media/marketing, and video production so as to effectively lead all of these staff and volunteer teams working in these areas.
They will be a highly capable and proven leader with a keen eye for detail and a high degree of self-motivation. This individual will also be entrepreneurial spirited and love working in a fast-paced organization. Alongside an exceptional ability to communicate
and efficiently manage multiple creative departments, the prospective candidate will possess a solid leadership ability with an aptitude to guide a team of volunteers.
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Leadership experience in creative ministries at a contemporary church.
