Hours : 40 hours per week
WHY WE’RE LOOKING:
To lead and provide vision and direction for our middle school ministry. The Middle School Director will lead the discipleship programming, Serve team
development, outreach, and overall ministry to middle school students and their families while developing leaders who effectively disciple students.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Develop + implement a comprehensive discipleship + evangelism strategy for our middle school ministry
•Teach, develop, and implement curriculum for our middle school ministry
• Oversee the evangelism, discipleship and ministry to middle school students
• Discover, develop and deploy middle school Serve team members
• Partner in planning + executing the weekly programs, outreach events, camps + other ministry opportunities
• Help create strong communication with Serve team, students, and parents
• Assist and support small group activities and events
• Implement a middle school student leadership program
• Develop a strategic camp discipleship strategy for middle school ministry
• Supervise + lead the Middle School Associate Director to accomplish the mission + vision of the ministry
• Work closely with our kids and high school ministries to ensure smooth transitions
• Meet regularly with the Campus Pastor to pursue ongoing spiritual and professional growth opportunities
COMPENSATION:
We take good care of our people. The anticipated salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 with full benefits provided in addition to the salary.
