The purpose of The Bridge Fellowship is simple: Lead people to fall more in love with Jesus Christ.


The Bridge is a multisite church that provides a safe place for anyone to encounter God without all the rules that religion has to offer. It’s “no perfect people allowed” approach has created an environment where those who are unchurched feel welcomed. The church launched a second campus less than 3 years ago and has almost doubled in size since that time to over 1,500 people. The ultimate desire of the ministry is to help people encounter Christ, enter into a relationship with him, and fall more in love with him every day.


The Group Life Director at The Bridge Fellowship will champion the small group ministry of the church. This individual will in essence, be a strong leader with a heart for discipleship and shepherding. They will have a firm grasp of systems and development. It is imperative that this role is filled by someone who is highly relational, with team-building skills that can scale as the church continues to grow. Director-level experience is required for this position, although an Executive-level background would be preferable. An undergraduate degree is required and a seminary background would be desirable.


A successful candidate for this position will be one who possesses the following core competencies:

  • An independent and highly entrepreneurial work ethic.
  • Proven experience in a key leadership position in small groups or similar group-related ministry.
  • Comfortably and confidently relate to individuals from diverse socio-economic, multi-ethnic, interracial, and unchurched backgrounds.
  • Gifted in both verbal and written communication skills.
  • A history of duplicating and multiplying leadership within the ministry.
  • Solid multisite experience and/or management (will be a plus).
