  • Spiritual Leadership: Guide middle school and high school students toward deep, authentic devotion to Jesus.

  • Biblical Teaching: Faithfully communicate and apply Scripture in age-appropriate, gospel-centered ways across Sunday gatherings, Wednesday nights, retreats, camps, and special events.

  • Pastoral Support: Provide intentional pastoral care for students and their families in close collaboration with parents, church staff, and elders.

  • Culture Cultivation: Build a safe, joyful, humble, and holy ministry environment defined by grace, truth, and repentance.

2. Discipleship Pathway

  • Strategic Growth: Design and execute a clear discipleship pathway moving students from first-time guests to mature, reproducing disciple-makers.

  • Programmatic Alignment: Ensure that all weekly gatherings, small groups, Bible studies, retreats, camps, and mission trips cohesively serve the overarching discipleship vision.

  • Milestone Tracking: Help students take active next steps in salvation, baptism, prayer, Scripture engagement, serving, leadership, and missions.

3. Leader Development and Team Building

  • Adult Leadership: Recruit, train, shepherd, and multiply adult leaders to serve as faithful mentors and disciplers.

  • Servant Culture: Foster a healthy team culture marked by clarity, consistency, safety, unity, and spiritual maturity through regular huddles, training, and communication.

  • Pipeline Creation: intentionally develop student leaders, interns, residents, and future ministry workers.

4. Parent Partnership

  • Primary Discipleship: Equip, encourage, and empower parents to act as the primary spiritual disciplers in their children's lives.

  • Open Lines of Communication: Maintain clear, consistent communication regarding teaching schedules, events, spiritual formation, and student care.

  • Collaborative Support: Partner directly with parents when students face spiritual, emotional, relational, or behavioral challenges.

5. Programming, Mission, and Community Engagement

  • Comprehensive Oversight: Coordinate all facets of the student ministry calendar, aligning them seamlessly with ACF’s broader churchwide schedule.

  • Community Outreach: Engage meaningfully within the Alliance Corridor, establishing healthy connections with local schools, teachers, coaches, and community organizations.

  • Cultural Wisdom: Navigate the complex digital, emotional, and cultural pressures facing modern teenagers with biblical insight and pastoral care.

6. Administration and Communication

  • Ministry Health: Keep executive leadership informed of ministry wins, challenges, future plans, and urgent pastoral needs.

  • Stewardship: Manage the student ministry budget, administrative reports, safety compliance, and event registrations with excellence.

  • Team-First Contribution: Assist other church ministries as needed, participate in staff meetings, and engage fully in churchwide events (such as Easter and Christmas Eve).

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Spiritual Alignment: Full partnership at Alliance Community Fellowship, including a personal testimony of faith, believer’s baptism by full immersion, active small group participation, and a commitment to tithing.

  • Integrity: Uncompromising moral, personal, and financial integrity.

  • Doctrinal Alignment: Complete commitment to the vision, doctrine, and direction of ACF.

  • Safety & Compliance: Successful completion of mandatory background checks.

  • Key Character & Competencies: A deep love for Jesus, strong biblical conviction, emotional maturity, humility, teachability, administrative faithfulness, and a proven ability to partner with parents and develop leaders.
