Job Description:

The Operations Executive will oversee the overall administration, organization, and operations of the church. The Operations Executive will work closely with the Leadership Team in the area of finance, HR, and legal, and is responsible for allocating resources to enable and enhance effective ministry. The Operations Executive provides direct oversight and leadership for the church’s business affairs and supervises staff leading areas such as Campus Services, First Response, facilities, IT, Compass Café, and retail.
